Located near Sand Hollow, McCleery Company assisted the land owner in cooperatively developing their ground in conjunction with several neighboring land owners for a beautiful, cohesive community, perfect for vacationers.

Having such a large network of builders, the owner of these developed lots asked McCleery Company for assistance in marketing and selling their lots in bulk to a builder.

This was a smaller project, but one that took some historical research and explanation with the city nonetheless. McCleery helped a landowner take their 4 acre lot and subdivide it into two 2 acre lots.

McCleery Company assisted a landowner in Woodland Hills by taking an older plan of a 6 lot subdivision, and helped them to successfully re-subdivide a better more efficient 8 lot project. This new plan cut the infrastructure costs by more than half and added an additional two lots.

Glenmar Ranches is a beautiful new subdivision we entitled and fully developed in Eagle Mountain City. This subdivision is comprised entirely of acre lots perfectly set for custom homes. The project backs both BLM land and a wildlife preserve.

This multifamily project consists of condos and townhomes right at the base of the mountains in southern Tooele.

Located in the rapidly growing city of Santaquin, this project consists of both single family and townhome lots. It is currently going through the city and is great for a builder looking to stay in the area for a while.

Located between Powder Mountain and Wolf Creek Resort, this vast tract of land is in the process of being tied into the resort community for golfing, skiing and many more outdoor activities in Eden.

McCleery helped a Builder that was in a bind and needed to get these 13 lots sold quickly. With our connections in the industry and our unique match-making software, we were able to find a buyer almost instantly without ever putting the project on the market.

We had the opportunity to be a lending partner on this 38 unit micro warehouse development with Next Step Warehouse which has proven to be a popular solution for small business owners looking for a workshop space of their own.

This 18 lot subdivision was a project McCleery Company participated in as a funding partner which allowed the home builder to allocate their funds on what they do best–Building homes!

This new subdivision wasn't our own development but rather an opportunity to utilize our investment fund to work with a home builder. This gives money backing for the builder to acquire lots so they can focus on building and selling homes.

We had the opportunity to partner with Hamlet Homes and fund the acquisition and the cost of developing this 12 lot subdivision. Another great little neighborhood that will add value to the surrounding area.

We had the opportunity to be a funding partner on this 34 lot subdivision which allowed the home builder to allocate their funds and resources on building homes.
