The Project

Background

We were able to help this landowner with her beautiful property in Eagle Mountain from entitlement to fully developing 33 one acre lots ready for a custom home. At the same time, we did the initial entitlement work for a neighboring developer and his 23 one acre lots. This expanded the neighborhood to having 56 custom home lots.

Our landowner had a love for nature and animals and set aside a large portion of her land as a wildlife preserve, protecting it from any future development and giving residents hiking and biking trails that back right up to the neighborhood with beautiful unobstructed views.
