This Landowner gained ownership of this property as part of a fallout from the 2008 downturn. The project was tied to a bigger development that engulfed all of Powder Mountain, Wolf Creek Resort area, and this additional 1500 acres.
The Landowner called McCleery Company in to help evaluate an exit strategy and help overcome the complicated development challenges they were having with the project.
