When a landowner in Woodland Hills had done everything they knew how to do and still couldn't get the city's approval to subdivide their land into two 2 acre lots, they called McCleery Company. After some in depth historical research and several meetings with the city, we were able get the thumbs up we needed.
This increased the value of the property and gave the landowner the flexibility to sell or build on the lots.
