When this landowner in Woodland Hills had done everything she knew how to do and still couldn't get the city's approval to subdivide her land into a 6 lot subdivision, they called McCleery Company.
In addition to getting final plat approval from the city, we were able to change the layout of the subdivision so we could add two extra lots, bringing it to 8 total lots while also saving the landowner $600k in development costs. This equated to over $1.5 million in added value between the two additional lots and money saved.
