We told them of our software capacity through what was the initial components of NAXXA. The developer asked us if we would be open to helping them with our software. We immediately placed their project into our software and matched them to our large data set that connected them to the builder that ultimately bought their lots.
Our group and the developer received money and a converted equity position that had a revenue share on the full project while giving the homebuilder a new subdivision in a growing area.
