Absolutely. If you’re confident in being mentored by us for the full two years and want to pay the full amount up front, your tuition would be $35,000 (Instead of a total of $45,000 when paying for each phase separately).

How long does it take to get through the program? +

Land Development Skool is always being added to so there is no official finish line. And while it is organized in a course fashion, view it as your land developer toolkit that you can use as a resource when needed.

Can I apply to join anytime? +
